Job Description
Responsible for vetting and updating suppliers into HICX and to also build and update the Approved Supplier list (ASL) with supporting documentation from all suppliers. Assist Material Planners during bids by adding pricing to the ERP for all bids received. Communicate with estimating to add all bid documents for bids and RCC'S to share drives as necessary. Assist subcontracts by sending out Release of Financial Obligation (ROFO) during the closeout process at the end of a contract. Work with Material Planners to develop charts for ship availability program reviews. Perform similar, incidental and other duties as assigned. Must be able to work overtime on a required basis.
