This role will be part of our program management team responsible for leading the Production and Sustainment integrated product teams (IPTs) in support of the Eagle Passive Active Warning Survivability System (EPAWSS) electronic warfare suite within the TACAIR Product Line. This program manager will oversee and manage all EPAWSS assets through the lifecycle to include EMD, Production (LRIP & FRP), and Sustainment by working across functions, integrated product teams (IPTs) and various factories. In the Production responsibility, the role will include the oversight and tracking of all completed and sold-off assets to include current sell-off status, location, and readiness. In the sustainment responsibility, the role will include the oversight and management of the EPAWSS field returns in support of the United States Air Force (USAF) Interim Contract Support (ICS) as well as the tracking and reporting of performance metrics associated with system readiness. This role will be responsible in driving the day-to-day asset movement, coordination and management to meet our internal and external stakeholder needs. These assets support both Prime and Government customers across EPAWSS.
This role will also include initiating, organizing, integrating, planning, managing & controlling, developing and completing projects in support of the EPAWSS program. Track progress to financial, schedule, technical and/or new business performance objectives. The role may also support new business development activities and participate in developing strategic and financial plans for EPAWSS.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related discipline and a minimum of 6 years of experience in program management and/or with functional activities related to the program lifecycle, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Collaboration and leadership skills with demonstrated success partnering with cross-functional colleagues.
- Capable of working independently and within team(s) to solve problems.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment that requires a high degree of initiative, adaptability, and closure orientation.
- Demonstrated professionalism and excellent written and interpersonal communication skills to interface and negotiate with and present to a variety of stakeholders including coworkers, leadership, customers, and suppliers.
- Proficiency with business tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Experience with asset management (i.e. YORK repair management tool) , field return processes, and Government Furnished Material (GFM) inventory management.
- Experience working with multi-discipline cross functional project teams, utilizing strong communication, organizational skills, time management and collaboration to successfully manage assigned tasks and program duties.
- Ability to understand and communicate with senior management regarding program performance status (cost/schedule/resources/risk) as well as performance to annual financial objectives.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $112420 - $191070
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
