Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining various bank drive up equipment. This is a hands-on role that requires strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills. Experience is security systems, fire alarm systems a plus but not required.
Duties:
- Perform equipment repairs and maintenance according to manufacturer specifications
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with equipment using schematics and design specifications
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems and ensure proper functioning of equipment
- Install, repair, and maintain bank drive up equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and services performed
Experience:
- Proven experience in bank equipment repair
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of electronic systems
- Familiarity with schematics, design specifications, and technical manuals
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members
