Responsibilities:
- Assist with the procurement and purchasing process for the organization
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate prices and terms of contracts
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
- Coordinate with production planning to ensure materials are available for production
- Monitor and manage logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Assist with contract management, including reviewing and negotiating terms and conditions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain efficiency
Requirements/Nice to have:
- Proven experience in purchasing or supply chain management
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms for purchasing products
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to analyze pricing structures
- Knowledge of production planning processes and inventory control methods
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using computer software for data analysis and record keeping
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing procurement processes
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external suppliers
