 This role will be an integral part of the North American regional Associate Consultant recruiting team, focused on supporting industry/off-cycle AC recruiting and general regional AC recruiting activities and programs.   

 

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

AC Industry/off-cycle Recruiting

  • Support all industry/off-cycle hire sourcing efforts, including general application screening/management, referral tracking, proactive sourcing, etc.
  • Regular review of Bain.com applicants for development of ongoing pipeline
  • Communicate and correspond with recruits on a regular basis. Manage general inboxes for industry recruits and internal referrals and generate appropriate responses in a timely manner.
  • Support regular communication with Bain offices regarding recruits’ interests/questions and desire to connect with local offices
  • Support all external marketing communications with experienced hire recruit population
  • Ensure recruiting system (Avature) is consistently updated for all industry/experienced hire applicants
  • Coordinate/execute marketing events and programs for relevant target populations, including both webinars and live events (outreach, selection process, event management, etc.)
  • Coordinate event scheduling, invites, and all related communication both internally with Bain participants and externally with recruits
  • Attend recruiting events (live and virtual) and execute event details
  • Maintain regular communication across Bain teams regarding logistics for marketing and interviewing events and act as the key coordinator/representative
  • Assist in screening logistics, including resume reviews, scheduling students, and sending interviewer logistics and calendar invites
  • Work closely with members of Consultant recruiting team and Experienced Talent Recruiting team to ensure a consistent, streamlined recruiting process for all experienced hire applicants
  • Manage recruiting system updates and related data entry for regional industry recruiting processes and utilize system for data entry/tracking, event management, and reporting
  • Support onboarding and integration of off-cycle AC hires throughout region
  • Support data collection and analysis of annual process
  • Perform other administrative duties as requested or as responsibilities dictate

Regional AC Recruiting

  • General support for all NA programs and processes related to undergraduate recruiting
  • Administrative duties as needed to support the implementation of BEL, FLA, other early ID programs for NA; assist in planning and hosting virtual recruiting events including networking events, interviews prep sessions, interviews and closing events
  • Collect and track competitive data
  • Assist in events commitments process for all AC/ACI regional events; manage event invites, student sign up, scheduling and RSVPs; maintain regular communication with other Bain offices regarding logistics for marketing and interviewing events and act as the main POC
  • Attend team meetings and schedule follow-up meetings as necessary
  • Support relationship management process, focusing on identification of priority recruits and facilitating connections with Bain employees
  • Perform other administrative duties as requested or as responsibilities dictate

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred and 1 year of administrative and/or Recruiting or events support experience, preferably in a professional services firm

  • Outstanding interpersonal, written/verbal communication, customer service skills

  • Ability to demonstrate good judgment and handle highly confidential information in a professional manner while working in a fast-paced and changing environment

  • Ability to work independently and as an integral member of various teams while producing zero defect work

  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize assignments and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel

  • Flexibility with hours; ability to work overtime and evenings as needed

  • Some travel may be required, with advanced notice/planning
