eCommerce Specialist duties:

The Amazon Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing all aspects of sales on the Amazon platform for multiple portfolio divisions and direct communication with Amazon growth specialist agency. This includes optimizing listings, managing inventory, and creating marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue. 

Key Responsibilities: 
• Work closely with Amazon growth specialist agency in the following areas.
  - Proactive inventory management
  - Proactively growing seller central listings
  - Proactively resolve hurdles that arise with product details, inventory, shipments, payment, campaigns, etc.

• Assist in online marketing campaigns with the involvement of each divisions sales / marketing teams and Amazon growth specialist agency
• Continued education on Amazon platform updates, trends, and best practices
• Communicate intellectual property and minimum advertised price infringements to relevant positions. 
• Other duties as assigned

 Qualifications: 
• At least 2 years of experience managing Amazon sales 
• Experience with Amazon Marketplace, Vendor Central, and Seller Central 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities 
• Knowledge of e-commerce best practices and trends
• Enjoy creating and implementing continuous improvement processes that streamline those involved with growing sales through Amazon
• Enjoy a continuously changing business environment
