Summary: Administration Assistant is responsible to assist management and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, etc.
What you will do:
- Assist in office administration.
- Data-entry, documentation, printing and filling duties.
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
- Screen and route callers to appropriate personnel.
- Assist in any projects and activities as and when required.
- Performs other related duties, as assigned.
Prefer you to have:
- Bilingual (English and Spanish), preferred.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power point applications is highly preferred.
- Ability to multi-task and work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
