Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate parties, greeting clients and visitors and additional duties as may be assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Open reception area
- Meet, greet and welcome clients and visitors
- Signing for and logging all incoming packages and certified mail
- Receive incoming calls via the central telephone system and transfers calls and/or take and route messages
- Reserve conference rooms and visiting attorney office; maintains the schedule
- Ensure the maintenance and tidiness of the reception area
- Perform a variety of clerical and secretarial duties including stuffing envelopes and placing labels on envelopes, invoice entry and reconciliation, managing parking validations and reconciliation
- Assist in and possible preparation for marketing/networking events
- Operate listed office machines as required • Other duties as may be assigned

EDUCATION/EXPEREINCE: High School diploma or general education degree (GED); and 1-3 years of related experience. Professional services experience is highly desirable. TECHNICAL SKILLS: Specific technical skills required to perform the essential functions of the position. Proven aptitude to learn new software applications.
