Description of Work to be Performed:
Lead development and deployment of the Bently Nevada commercial framework, driving the performance of the sales team. Responsible for support and execution on all sales enablement tools in conjunction with sales and marketing campaigns, programs, and efforts. Drive the development of strategy, design of business processes, business cadence, and disseminating data and data trends. Lead Data content collection and curation for the Commercial team. Develop the Operating Model & Performance Plan and inception of new commercial processes. Lead strategy development for current and future year key strategic priorities. Review progress across the market in alignment with revenue and market share results. Highlight new tools and technology to be used to improve commercial efficiency and enhance business. Facilitate the delivery of performance campaigns.
Qualifications/Requirements:
The position requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign degree equivalent, in Liberal Arts or Business or a related field and 10 years of progressively responsible post Bachelor's degree experience. The position also requires 10 years of experience navigating complex operational matrices; 8 years of project management experience; 6 years of experience working with multinational company processes across core functions (Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, etc.); 5 years of experience with commercial and data analysis tools (SFDC, Tableau, PowerBI or similar); 2 years of experience with dealing with engineering and automation contractors; and 2 years of experience with working with commercial terms and conditions and contractual leverages. 80% domestic & international travel required.
Telecommuting permitted. When not telecommuting, must report/appear into/at Baker Hughes' office in Houston TX.
