Minimum Qualifications
Education: Minimum High School Graduate/College Preferred
Years of Experience: 2-3
Language Skills: Must speak English fluently
Driver’s License: Required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to translate business processes into technical documentation
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent troubleshooting skills
Experience with relational databases (SQL) and non-relational databases (JSON)
Experience configuring, documenting, testing, training, and implementing applications and systems
Working knowledge of data analytics using is a plus (reports and dashboards)
Working knowledge of flow chart creation is a plus
Basic knowledge of programming and logic is a plus
Essential Functions
Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot core business applications
Meet and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to establish project scope, system goals, and requirements
Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to follow
Meet and coordinate with internal stakeholders to create and maintain reports and dashboards
Be part of a team that works with troubleshooting help requests
