As the ERP Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of our organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Your primary focus will be to ensure the seamless integration, optimization, and utilization of the ERP software to support various business processes, working closely with cross-functional teams and enhance overall operational efficiency. Your role will involve ensuring the ERP system's optimal functionality, managing budgets, leading projects, safeguarding data security and integrity, overseeing the ERP helpdesk, and coordinating disaster recovery efforts. This position requires strong knowledge of business process, project management skills, and extensive experience designing and managing ERP systems.

ERP Management:
· Oversee the day-to-day operation and performance of the ERP system.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement solutions within the ERP environment.
· Continuously evaluate the ERP system's performance and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
· Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the ERP system remains innovative and aligned with business needs.
· Plan and manage ERP system upgrades, version updates, and new module implementations, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
Data Management:
· Establish and enforce data security protocols to protect sensitive information within the ERP system.
· Implement and maintain data backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.
· Conduct regular audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
Collaboration and Project implementation:
· Work closely with key stakeholders, including IT teams, department heads, and business leaders, to understand their requirements and align the ERP system with organizational goals.
· Define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
· Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and ensure timely project execution.
· Monitor project progress, manage risks, and proactively address any challenges that may arise during implementation.
Disaster Recovery Team:
· Develop and maintain with IT Manager disaster recovery plans for the ERP system to ensure business continuity in case of emergencies or system failures.
· Coordinate and lead disaster recovery exercises within the ERP to test the effectiveness of recovery procedures.
· Work with relevant teams to implement improvements based on lessons learned from recovery exercises.
Requirements

- Proven systems management experience or relevant advanced degree
- Proven experience 5 years in systems administration, project management and team leadership.
- Previous work experience implementing and managing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems. Sage X3 ERP technical experience strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with various operating systems, hardware platforms, and software applications.
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles.
- Familiarity with data security practices and compliance requirements.
- Project management certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Leadership abilities with a track record of managing teams and delivering successful IT projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office
- IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network , Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator) are advantageous.

Full-time position – Travel is expected at least 30% of the time.
Salary : $88,000 - $92,000
