Job Description

The Intake Supervisor is a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion and talent for working with others. Provides systematic monitoring and evaluation of the Intake Eligibility Specialists for the Rental Assistance Program. Assigned staff review applications for landlord enrollment and tenant applications for rental assistance.

  • Ensure accurate review applications for landlord enrollment
  • Create process maps to determine landlord eligibility for participation in the rental assistance program 
  • Oversee the review tenant rental assistance applications, eligibility determination for tenants' ability to receive rental assistance
  • Manage production of pledges for assistance in the amounts of rent due to landlords
  • Work with landlords and staff to ensure payment issues are resolved in a timely manner if needed
  • Monitor case notes when encountering eligibility review issues to document issue and attempt to resolve with landlords/tenants
  • Interpret dashboards and production reports to determine if action is needed and make needed staff assignments
