What are the responsibilities and job description for the Baker position at Bakery Suzanne?
We're a small bakery and flour mill specializing in sourdough bread and pastry that recently opened in Saratoga Springs. Bakery Suzanne grew out of Wilson's Bread, a mountain bakery in the Catskills. We source great ingredients, invest in high-quality equipment, and continually improve our product every week.

Experience in the following areas is preferred but not required:
- laminating and shaping pastry
- working with sourdough bread
- working in a professional kitchen (doing prep, cooking on the line)
About the job: We're a small team so we're constantly moving between bread and pastry: From milling flour to shaping loaves or laminating books of pastry and shaping croissants. As we grow, there will be opportunities to progress and take on more responsibility. Depending on your experience, you may start out with a focus in bread or pastry.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
