Duties

- Assist in the preparation of other menu items as needed, contributing to meal preparation for the restaurant.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations, utensils, and equipment.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal quality and safety of food served.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation.
Skills
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
