The Correspondence Specialist Manager is responsible for leading a team of correspondence specialists in writing letters to Premier Health customers. This position involves analyzing team member performance and statistics in order to develop plans for improvement. We are looking for someone with a passion for health and helping others to join our team!

Duties:

  • Analyze Department trends and set goals for continual improvement
  • Write plans and create programs to increase production
  • Meet with team leads weekly and conduct progress evaluations
  • Train members of the customer correspondence team
  • Provide assistance to customer correspondence specialists
  • Order supplies for writing letters (i.e. envelopes, stamps, pens, letterhead, etc.) through the Purchasing Manager
  • Organize games for customer correspondence team
  • Develop work schedules and distribute weekly assignments

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Pay: Starts at $16.00 with bonus opportunities
