What are the responsibilities and job description for the NANNY position at Balance of Nature?
We are looking for a full-time Nanny who is positive, patient, and passionate! This responsible caregiver will dedicate themselves to this position by managing a household with multiple children. We are looking for someone long-term who does not have a “clock in and clock out” mentality as you will be treated like part of the family. You will be working closely with the mother at her private residence, ensuring that the needs of her family are being met. The Nanny will assist in maintaining an organized and happy household. The nanny who we are looking for will not find this position easy, but very rewarding!
Previous experience is preferred, but not required.

- Willing to travel with up to date passport- the family travels out of the country on occasion
- A valid drivers license to get children from point A to point B (a car will be provided by the family)
What You Will Do:
- Create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for the children
- Help the children learn to complete chores around the house
- Work with the mother to create and maintain routine and structure in the home
- Driving children to and from different activities
- Assisting the family with personal errands
- Handling toddler naps and potty training
- Planning and preparing meals throughout the day
- Occasional travel with the family
- Occasional overnight care
- Light housework and laundry
- Assist the children with personal chores
Pay: $15 - $20 per hour
Location: Saint George, UT
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 7 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
