Director, Sales Operations Support
Location: Aventura, FL (Current Hybrid: In-Office: Monday – Thursday, Remote Friday)
Compensation: $120k base salary 15% bonus

POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Director, Sales Operations Support position is focused on developing strategies and process to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and develop programs that will support activity among all business products including product launches, training, branding initiatives, and sales events. Approximately one half time spent developing, procuring, or leading sales training for sales representatives and tracking activities to maximize sales growth.
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS:
- Supports development of processes, policies, and strategies to enable Sales team success and profitable growth.
- Leads regular written and verbal communication of sales strategies, priorities and company guidelines.
- Overseas RFP process and direct report. Ensures RFPs are completed in a timely manner and are developed to deliver profitable wins
- Synthesize data from many places to enable analysis and provide business insights
- Collaborates with other functions (Marketing, Finance, Manufacturing).
- Participate in pre and post sales presentations and support customer on-boarding as required.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in business related field required.
- 5-8 years’ experience in a fast-paced manufacturing and sales company in education support.
- CPG experience (any category) or consulting experience.
- Ability and experience working with a large field-based Sales Team.
- Experience working with internal Sales (employees) and 3rd party Sales.
- Experience developing and delivering sales presentations.
- experience working in a business that is heavily contracted and regularly requires contract renewals.
- Core skills include leadership, customer relations, ability to prioritize, multi-task, and execute projects cross-functionally.
- Aptitude to learn new data systems and processes
- Spanish speaking a plus, not required.
Limited travel required (less than 25%)
