We are looking for a customer-oriented fast paced service representative! We are looking specifically for someone who maintains an extremely high mental fortitude and willingness to learn! Our Account Executive, will act as a liaison, gather product/services information from clients and bring them back to the team for analysis! The best people for this position are genuinely excited to help others. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. Networking, community events, and business meetings happen weekly if not daily! Problem-solving comes naturally to our account executives. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. This job will also require you to reach out to existing clients that are labeled "dormant" or inactive in the sales process to rekindle relationships and gain trust through service.
Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of activity to promote office growth
- Generate sales leads for new business, current customers and referrals
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
Skills
- Experience in customer service
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening/note taking
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Low average first year income for a brand-new unlicensed rep is from $39,000 minimum - $69,000. We have seen many exceed that and most fall in the range from $52,000-$75,000.
