The Role

The Affiliate Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of an affiliate marketing program. As a member of a growing marketing team, you will have an opportunity to make an impact on Monkey Knife Fight’s acquisition engine and the overall growth of Bally Interactive. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and passion for fantasy sports and igaming. This role will report to Affiliate Partnerships Director and work alongside various marketing teams.

Day In The Life:

• Onboard new affiliate partners and be the go-to POC for all general support, attribution, creatives, etc
• Manage day-to-day operations and general support for 100 affiliate partnerships
• Work closely with the Affiliate Sales Director & Affiliate Partnerships Director to effectively drive revenue, optimize relationships, and provide unparalleled support
• Own the affiliate software that empowers the department and program. This includes, but is not limited to managing creatives, providing attribution support, generating reports, proactively looking for issues
• Manage, optimize, and own the monthly commissions & reporting workflow
• Identify and develop new relationships to improve program KPIs
• Proactively seek out new opportunities to develop the Affiliate Program
• Efficiently and effectively communicate across all marketing department

Who you are/what you bring

• 2 years of affiliate marketing and digital marketing experience
• Bachelor’s degree in sales, communications, marketing, or related field
• Digital marketing experience with an emphasis on copywriting, email marketing, social media marketing, and/or influencer marketing
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Proven track record of developing and maintaining partnerships
• Ability to promptly and professionally manage partner needs and requests
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to unique circumstances
• Experience using affiliate software such as Income Access 
• Competent with Microsoft suite of programs, principally Microsoft Word and Excel
