Description
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Completes work orders as they come in for issues on property relating to building maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, pool maintenance, and electrical issues.
- Interacts professionally with guests.
- Responds to emergencies as requested.
- Coordinates work with other maintenance personnel.
- May perform a variety of maintenance tasks, depending upon experience and level of certification.
- Prepares records related to the work performed and materials and supplies used.
- Complies with all safety requirements as outlined by OSHA.
- Must be able to wear a mask while working.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
None.
Qualifications

All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations. Regular attendance required.
Education And/Or Experience
High School diploma or equivalent required. One to three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Must be able to obtain any required State, County and/or Local licenses/registration, if applicable.
OSHA Certification required.
Language Skills
Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Computer Skills
Basic computer knowledge preferred.
Reasoning Ability
