ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
- Responsible for the protection and safety of guests, Team Members and property assets.
- Performs various assignments such as control center post, hotel/casino lock duties, vehicular, bicycle and foot patrol, seasonal pool patrol, and other assigned posts.
- Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
- Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum of one year of a previous customer service related job with direct customer contact is required.
- Exceptional customer service focus including attention to producing quality results.
- Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekend hours as business needs dictate.
- Previous Security of Military background is preferred.
- Must possess excellent customer service skills at a superior level.
- Able to think critically and adapt to change.
- Possesses great verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to make great decisions and solve problems in an efficient and professional manner.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents In English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in in English may also be required.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, possess ability to operate an adding machine and have basic computer skills.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Employee must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.
