Essential Job Functions
Administrative Support and Office Management
- Balancing daily point of sale activity/posting member payments
- Keep track of member activity-status, payments, monthly billing, adjustments, communication
- Assist with accounts payable-coding, approval, entering and transmission to HQ
- Support end of month inventory accountability
- Communicate and coordinate various clubhouse vendor scheduling
- Manage daily paperwork flow
- Maintain office supply inventory
- Variable tasks based on daily demand and seasonality
Human Resources
- New and rehire processing and onboarding
- Support managers and Corporate HR team with personnel and cultural initiatives
- Drive local labor and safety compliance regulations
- Payroll preparation - timesheet review and service charge calculation

Education and Experience
- Associates Degree preferred
- Three to five years of experience in an administrative/accounting/HR role.

- Must be able to communicate verbally with members and employees via phone.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment, such as a calculator or printer.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 10 pounds.
