Dramatic elevation changes of 50 – 70 feet are just part of the challenge of this visually stunning locale. A shot-maker’s course, Ballyhack features 150-yard fairways, gouged-out bunkers, and rugged terrain. Don’t forget to greet the family of African Boer goats, who live near the 14th green.

Essential Job Functions

Administrative Support and Office Management

  • Balancing daily point of sale activity/posting member payments
  • Keep track of member activity-status, payments, monthly billing, adjustments, communication
  • Assist with accounts payable-coding, approval, entering and transmission to HQ
  • Support end of month inventory accountability
  • Communicate and coordinate various clubhouse vendor scheduling
  • Manage daily paperwork flow
  • Maintain office supply inventory
  • Variable tasks based on daily demand and seasonality

Human Resources

  • New and rehire processing and onboarding
  • Support managers and Corporate HR team with personnel and cultural initiatives
  • Drive local labor and safety compliance regulations
  • Payroll preparation - timesheet review and service charge calculation

  • None

Education and Experience

  • Associates Degree preferred
  • Three to five years of experience in an administrative/accounting/HR role.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sedentary/stationary work.
  • Occasionally move about the office to access printers, file cabinets, and meet with others.
  • Must be able to communicate verbally with members and employees via phone.
  • Constantly operates a computer and other office equipment, such as a calculator or printer.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 10 pounds.
