Where we need help:

Baltic Born is seeking two warehouse managers to join our Fulfillment Warehouse. In this role you will oversee an entire department and a team of 12-15 employees. You will report directly to the Warehouse Operations Manager. We are looking for self-motivated individuals who will actively contribute toward the organization’s long-term strategic objectives of processes. The right candidate will have aspirations and skills to progress long-term with our company.

Job Description Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Training and supervising staff
• Prepare department reports
• Attend daily, weekly and monthly meetings
• Professional multi-tasker
• Collaborate with various teams in working toward company goals and optimization of processes
• Oversee organization of department supplies
• Oversee all functions of your assigned department
• Lead and Motivate team members

Education/Experience Requirements:

• 2 years of relevant and progressive warehouse experience
• High School Diploma--College is a plus
• Online Business Experience is an added plus
• Strong analytical, problem solving, verbal and written communication skills
• Proven track record to work within tight deadlines, multi-task and prioritize responsibilities while maintaining accuracy of information and attention to detail
• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Honest and trustworthy in the highest fiduciary sense

Pay: $30,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
