PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Examine submittal packages and bill of materials to ensure documentation mirrors customer specifications.

Coordinate and manage customer receipt and confirmation of documentation revisions.

Collaborate with Project Manager on large projects.

Effectively communicate with various departments certifying processes are followed correctly.

Coordinate with Customer Service to determine project urgency, create and drive detailed action plans to resolve errors and/or inconsistencies.

Extensive mechanical and technical knowledge of BAC equipment and systems to perform detailed documentation analysis.

Through collaboration with Engineering and current and potential suppliers, identify alternate solutions to supply chain challenges, including component substitutions, in order to meet customer required and promised lead-times.

Identifies and presents opportunities for process and general product improvements to enhance service level, quality, process efficiencies and overall product value.

Collaborate with Unit Applications, Engineering, Customer Service, Quality, Manufacturing Operations and IT to ensure clear, consistent and accurate data.

Organize cross functional teams in order to propose and implement product improvements to meet annual cost out targets.

Create, record, report and manage metrics.
NATURE AND SCOPE
The Customer Value Analyst will report to the Technical Manager, Supply Chain. As part of the Order Fulfillment group, the Customer Value Analyst will have daily interaction with Supply Chain, Customer Service Production Control, and Engineering. The Customer Value Analyst will manage all documentation analysis and identify opportunities to eliminate erroneous information and to improve overall customer value.

Bachelors Degree highly preferred (Engineering or Industrial Management) or equivalent background experience.

Certifications or specialized areas of expertise – process improvement, configure-to-order business experience.

PC skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCad, Adobe.

Knowledge of PeopleSoft (CRM System and ERP work flow).
