Opportunity for Impact
As the Partnerships Manager you will ensure Bambee is well positioned to answer every HR question business owners have across the country. You’ll do this by partnering with top companies and high traffic properties across various sectors, including technology, insurance, legal and financial services. As the Partnerships Manager you’ll become a master storyteller in two areas: our partner value proposition and Bambee’s unique value in the small business marketplace. You’ll focus on launching our 3 partner offerings: Bambee Performance Partners, Embedded HR Guidance Partners & Embedded HR Manager Partners.
This role is a mix of revenue growth, relationship management, and deal construction. The partner strategy at Bambee will have direct vision oversight from the Founder & CEO and Director of Strategy and is one of the strategic priorities for the company's roadmap toward owning the HR Guidance category. You’ll use your intellectual horsepower, unmatched work ethic, creative ability and wit to create incredibly successful relationships and partnerships with some of the top brands in the world.
The 8 Key Obsessions of the Role:
Understand and Assist in Shaping the Partnerships Strategy: Partner with the CEO and the Director of Strategy to shape and execute the company’s partner strategy
Identify New Partner Opportunities: Have a bias towards action, sourcing and acquiring new partner opportunities by leveraging an outbound sales approach, inbound sales motion, Bambee’s network, events, and more to build and manage a pipeline of potential partners to drive customer growth and expand our strategic footprint
Drive Growth at Bambee via Partnerships: Be responsible for driving revenue opportunities to Bambee’s sales team and new customers via new partnerships
Deal Structure, Align Terms & Manage Contract Processes: Create a scalable, seamless deal structure and alignment process for new partners and collaborate with executive leadership to craft more complex deals for strategic enterprise partners
Nurture & Manage the Partner Relationships: Build relationships with our partners, develop social capital, and trust equity across our partner portfolio, fully realizing that future investments are reliant on the quality of the relationship
Partner Success: Drive Impact, Coach & Train Partners: You’ll leverage internal Bambee resources across marketing, product, training and engineering to optimize each partnership's performance. From email marketing campaigns, customer support training and landing page creation.
Optimize Partner Performance & Reporting: Once partnerships realize traction, you’ll be responsible for bringing these relationships to maturity by increasing the customer growth and revenue opportunity that comes from each partner across our portfolio.
Sense of Urgency: Relentlessly engage in sourcing new partnerships to scale the department. This role is a high impact position that has a direct role in shaping the business fundamentals for Bambee
