Commercial Insurance Marketing Specialist (Sales)

***A Property & Casualty license and PC with dual monitors is Required.

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Commercial Lines Team! At Insuritas we are a tech company changing the way insurance is marketed to consumers and we would like you to be a part of it. As a Commercial Insurance Marketing Specialist you will help small business owners with your sales and insurance knowledge all within a fast paced and rapidly growing company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provides marketing expertise to new and prospective clients in the business unit.
• Develops an overall marketing plan and strategy for assigned accounts to ensure that marketing objectives are met.
• Markets new and renewal accounts, including negotiating price, coverage, and commissions.
• Obtains the most comprehensive insurance programs and products at the most competitive value available.
• Maintains awareness of the insurance marketplace and insurance company underwriting guidelines, and programs.
• Stay abreast of new developments in the insurance marketplace through publications, seminars, and industry organizations.
• Build client relationships based upon trust and integrity.
• Serves as a resource to client-facing colleagues during the sales or renewal process.

P&C license required and you must have previous commercial insurance marketing experience. We offer paid training and full support.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior Team Lead and/or managerial experience a plus
• Possess appropriate insurance license
• Minimum of two (2) years agency or insurance company experience.
• Comfortable interacting via phone or e-mail with small business customers.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast paced environment.
• Must be a team player that wants to be a part of something bigger than just his/her "job."
• High attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
