Position: Loan Paid Outs Supervisor
Physical Location: 2778 W Jackson St, BLDG C, Tupelo, MS 38801
Reports To: Loan Operations Manager
Working Conditions: Normal
Job Grade: 18
Job Group Category: Non-Exempt
Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Primary Purpose:
Supervise the Central Loan Operations Paid Outs Department. Provide quality, and timely collateral releases. Work with other departments to answer questions about paid off loans.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Provide oversight and direction to departmental employees in accordance with the established policies and procedures.
Coordinate and monitor departmental activities and workflow.
Monitor productivity and errors.
Mentor and train new employees
Review higher dollar collateral releases
Job Specifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in Operations of Financial Institution
Strong leadership skills
Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fosters a positive work team environment
Must be a self starter and excel in time management
Ability to prioritize assignments to meet deadlines
