IMMEDIATE HIRE!!!
This position's primary role is to provide safety inspections for semiconductor manufacturing equipment and fabrication factory configuration connections using checklists, knowledge of OSHA compliance requirements, and program guidance documents.
This position requires work with people with a diverse range of education, ability, experience, nationality and demeanor, which can fuel the customers’ assertiveness while dealing with conflicting priorities of safety, cost, quality and schedule.
Job requirements include the physical ability to wear protective equipment and clothing to work in both construction and clean room environments, climb ladders, stoop, bend, crawl, stand, read from distances, hear and communicate clearly in English is required.)Maintain a cooperative effort to professionally require program compliance by assisting where needed to help the customers achieve objectives compliantly and successfully.
Basic knowledge of OSHA Construction and General Industry Standards, with strong emphasis on control of hazardous energy requirements (Lockout/Tagout).
Basic understanding of electromechanical principles, ventilation systems, compressed and hazardous gas systems, and liquid waste streams.
Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite of tools.
Semi-Experienced Skill Set Requirements Tasks
Use checklists to audit equipment configuration for conformity and safe state.
Recognize hazardous conditions of incorrect equipment configurations described in program documents.
Attends meetings to preview anticipated decommissioning activities, provide answers to general program questions and elevate more complex concerns for resolution.
Documents reports of findings using basic forms, documents and pre-formatted spreadsheets.
Subject Matter Expert Skill Set Requirements Tasks
In addition to maintaining a Semi-Experienced Skillset:
Drawing upon previous experience with decommissioning manufacturing equipment, review decontamination/decommissioning (2D) procedures checklists produced by engineers for conformity to safety standards, program requirements and logic flow.
Interpret program requirements for users.
Represent Project Management as required to provide Subject Matter Expert guidance.
Train personnel and write training programs using MS Office applications such as Word and Powerpoint.
Produce reports with trends analyses using MS Office applications such as Word and Excel.
Ability to read and translate data from mechanical electromechanical diagrams / equipment design packages.
Ability to use Failure Mode Effects Analysis type logic for evaluation of more complex 2D checklists, modified procedures, or “First of Kind” checklist development.
