Job Description: We are seeking an entry-level client facing IT Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills. They will be responsible for providing technical support to users, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, and maintaining the organization's IT systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals
- Respond to and resolve service requests
- Document technical issues and resolutions
- Perform regular maintenance on IT systems
Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong technical background, with experience in hardware and software troubleshooting
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- A certification is a plus
