Requirements for Maintenance Assistant:
- High school diploma
- Experience in maintenance
- knowledge of state, federal and JCAHO codes and safety regulations
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems
Job Duties for Maintenance Assistant:
- Minor carpentry, electrical, plumbing and painting
- Respond to buildings/residents maintenance needs
