You can help Bank of America continue to transform the way customers and clients bank with us. Our teams design, develop and implement technology applications, systems and operational processes to support our customers, clients and the bank’s employees around the world.
Possible roles include:
- Analyst (7 roles) Analysts will act as a key partner in providing operational and analytical support in areas such as: Initiative planning, Finance and Economics, Workforce reporting and analytics, executive presentation preparation, automated reporting support, and other ad hoc activities.
- Operations (10 roles): Operational roles conduct business activities that involves the direct management, supervision or performance of the ongoing development, production, marketing or service of and for technologies, products or services
- Project Management (6 roles): Project managers play the lead role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing out projects. They are accountable for the entire project scope, the project team and resources, the project budget, and the success or failure of the project.
- Development (10 roles):: Software developers are involved in designing, creating and maintaining computer systems and applications to solve real-world problems. The work includes coding, testing and deploying software based on the specifications received.
As a Technology Pathway Program Apprentice, your key tasks and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
Minimum Qualifications
- Completed technology certification from partnered organization (Per Scholas or NPower)
- Highly organized self-starter who can deliver results with minimal direction
- Creative and proactive problem solver – ability to quickly grasp what the team needs and offer suggestions above and beyond what they are asking for
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Teamwork oriented
- Demonstrated problem solving abilities
- Commitment to learning and building a complete technical and business skill set
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both technology/development and business partners – ability to translate between these two constituencies
- Solid grasp of how technology interacts with other technology
- Ability to build relationship and work effectively across multiple business partners
