Job Description:
The Product Administrator (Platform Consultant) executes build and maintenance requests, delivering products for Consumer Credit Cards that align to strategies and marketing programs. The administrator must be able to work independently and interpret how to best deliver the desired outcome. Knowledge of the product construct and familiarity with Consumer Credit Card offerings and Rewards is essential to success. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to effectively use email and phone calls to clarify, define, and document work requests. The administrator is also responsible for verification of other administrators work as part of the quality process ensuring flawless delivery.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency with all Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Detailed oriented and drives priority across multiple initiatives
- Ability to collaborate across teams and Lines of Business through verbal and written communications
- Proven leadership and strong problem solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently both in a team environment and independently
Desired Skills:
- College Degree - B.A or B.S. preferred
- Strong Presentation skills
- Knowledge of basic SQL

Assists with developing and implementing business strategy through platform development initiatives from idea creation through deployment including identifying customer need, designing and validating concepts, developing business cases. Works closely with Program Owners, Business Channel leaders, SMEs, Technology, Operations, Client Services, Legal, Compliance Risk, and external suppliers/vendors
