Job Description:
The positions support conference rooms in floors occupied by Investment Banking and Global Market LOBS in One Bryant Park. Responsibilities includes but not limited to providing incident resolution from all conference rooms, ensure availability of video and voice conferencing equipment, assist the business with conference scheduling queries and to train users on the functionality and operation of equipment in conference rooms.
Required Skills
Excellent technical skill troubleshooting video conferencing platforms like WebEx, Zoom and Skype. Technical skill troubleshooting Windows based workstations and laptops. Familiarization with Cisco video conferencing equipment.
Desired Skills
Excellent communication skill, ability to juggle multiple priorities at the same time.
