Major Job Function:
Works as an assistant to the SVP of Marketing & Communications and the AVP Marketing Manager. Maintains records and files. Provides administrative/clerical support as well assists in the implementation of marketing programs and activities
Experience/Skills necessary to perform duties:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Attention to detail and accuracy required, strong ability to write, proof read and review documents
- Organization and prioritization skills
Regular Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare presentations
- Assist in event coordination
- Conduct competitive marketing research
- Organize marketing materials, calendars and meeting agendas
- Creative development for billboards, print and electronic media
- Contribute to website and social channels in various ways
- Disseminate content through electronic and traditional mediums
