The Branch Administrator will provide leadership, managerial, and administrative guidance to the branches.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Motivate and mentor employees to build outstanding retail branch teams.
- Ensure the retail team delivers exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations.
- Cultivate relationships with customers, vendors, and the community.
- Supervise daily operations of the retail branches.
- Work closely with the commercial team to assist clients.
- Lead the team, set goals, assist and ensure they are achieved.
- Manage overall branch efficiency, including schedules, staffing levels, and team performance.
- Motivate and mentor the team to provide outstanding customer service and build customer relationships
- Conduct regular coaching sessions for performance and career development.
- Participate in staff and operational meetings to support the bank's objectives.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies.
- Assume adherence to security and safety protocols.
- Take on additional duties as required or assigned.
Preferred Education, Experience, Technical Knowledge, and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Professional experience in the financial services industry preferred, including experience managing staff
- Treasury management, cash management, and/or business development experience preferred.
- Service-focused individual who prioritizes the client and end-user experience.
- Team driven, with willingness and proven ability to motivate, lead and collaborate effectively with others.
- Professional demeanor and effective communication skills.
