Your Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering training to all employees through various mediums and monitor the effectiveness of the training. You will develop training programs, training aids, and lesson plans. You will participate in projects and complete complex tasks independently.


  • Delivers company training programs and workshops to all employees
  • Monitors the effectiveness of training for employees using individual or group performance results
  • Collects feedback on training sessions from attendees to enhance future content and presentations
  • Contributes to new training program design and existing program enhancements
  • Develops and creates lesson plans and training aids
  • Develops logistic training materials, troubleshoot computer applications and related technologies issues
  • May administer, implement, and troubleshoot learning technology
  • Specializes in a particular subject, training program, or function of the company
  • Training programs may typically include but not limited to topics such as supervisory/management training, work skills training, team building, and communications
  • Regularly exercises discretion and judgment in the performance of essential job functions
  • Display enthusiasm for continuous learning and opportunities to take on special projects
  • Follow Bank policy, procedures, and guidelines to protect employees, clients, and bank assets
  • Travel up to but not limited to 50%, as needed

Position Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • 2 years of related experience in learning and development, learning delivery, facilitation, and/or learning and development consulting, required
  • 1 year experience using virtual software such as GoToMeeting, WebEx, Zoom, Google Classroom, or other related tools, required
  • Retail banking and/or financial services experience, preferred
  • Instructional design experience is a plus
