General Position Scope:
Provide assistance and expertise to BankPlus employees on various software applications, reporting, and error resolution with various third party applications. The position will also assist Centralized Image Department with software releases and enhancement requests.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with the installs, setups, and testing of different software releases for e-Sign, Branch Anywhere, Adobe Sign, etc.
Responsible for iPad and Surface computer setups with Branch Anywhere and e-Sign.
Provide assistance to BankPlus employees on different software applications.
Work with Loan Operations to support DecisionPro and LaserPro.
Write Cognos reports as assigned.
Create Workflows in order to automate current manual processes.
Responsible for communicating with BankPlus employees via e-mail concerning problems, concerns, implementations, etc.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of Bank products, services, policies, procedures and appropriate regulatory issues as related to daily job functions including but not limited to: Bank Secrecy Act; Privacy Act; Fair Lending Act; Regulation E, etc. Complete required compliance training and adhere to the Bank’s standard of conduct.
Perform other duties as requested.
Participation in the bank’s High-Performance Rewards Connections program.
Make referrals to the Mortgage Center and Wealth Management.
Position Requirements:
2 Years Associates Degree or Certification Equivalent minimum
Three years of similar or related experience.
General computer knowledge, experience with Microsoft Office Suite, to include Excel, Word, Access and Outlook.
Strong report writing skills using SQL, AS400 Query, Cognos, or similar product.
Experience with Foxtrot or similar automation tool.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
