Job Description

We are looking for a results driven, rising superstar to join our fast moving team of Intake Specialist. The ideal candidate thrives on people, relationships, and helping others in need of legal services. We are a small business with a huge impact in our communities, helping our neighbors get a fresh start by filing Bankruptcy.

When our prospective clients call us for help, they're often going through an emotionally difficult period. Our Intake Specialists provide our potential clients the ultimate experience. It requires the right combination of communication skills, empathy, and ability to ask and clarify the situation.

Bonus Qualifications:

· Bankruptcy/Personal Injury experience a plus

· Inbound sales experience is a plus

· We are a very busy bankruptcy law office who is seeking a Legal Assistant with a leading practitioner of Bankruptcy in the State of Oklahoma. Our ideal candidate is a person who has strong client communication skills, wide knowledge base for all Microsoft Office software products to include Outlook, a person who can work independently with direction as well as a self-starter and general knowledge of bankruptcy.

· Our hiring process is a two-interview process. Our office implements a business casual atmosphere with office work hours Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm with a 1-hour lunch break, flexibility when needed. We are offering a competitive starting hourly rate based on previous experience, availability, and performance,

Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
