About the Job

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document patient care in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing practice.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and achieve patient outcomes.
• Develop and maintain a positive and supportive team environment, promoting open communication and collaboration.
• Participate in education, role development, and orientation of facility personnel, patients, students, families, and visitors.
• Contribute to society through activities that lead to excellent patient outcomes, participating in professional organizations and improving national nursing quality indicators and outcomes.
