Job Summary
Baptist Health is hiring a Director, Surgical Services to join the Baptist Clay team. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity.

Responsibilities include:

  • Overall supervision, provision, and quality of nursing care in the healthcare center.
  • Selection, training, discipline, and supervision for all nursing related healthcare center personnel.
  • Procurement of appropriate supplies, and equipment and operating within the department budget.
