JOB SUMMARY:
The dosimetrist is responsible for all external beam radiation therapy treatment planning, under the guidance of the radiation oncologist and medical physicist. The dosimetrist also offers guidance to radiation therapist, assuring proper treatment delivery for patients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in the Physical, Biological, or Mathematical Sciences required, or higher; Current CMD certification with the MDCB is required. Varian, ARIA, and Eclipse software experience preferred. Minimum of three years of experience in radiation oncology preferre
