Job Description:
Baptist Health is looking for a Home Care LPN to join our team in Paducah, KY.
To provide skilled nursing care in accordance with Agency policies and procedures, under the direction of a Registered Nurse, in a community setting, including health maintenance, rehabilitation, and health promotion utilizing the nursing process.
Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent training
LPN licensure
BLS Healthcare provider
Two years clinical nursing experience
Home Care experience preferred.
