We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front of House Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and a positive dining experience for our guests.
```Duties```
- Manage and supervise all front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bussers
- Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Ensure efficient seating and timely service to maximize guest satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Monitor dining room cleanliness and appearance, ensuring tables are properly set and maintained
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and coordination between front and back of house
- Oversee cash handling procedures, including cash register operations and reconciliation
- Schedule staff shifts and manage labor costs while maintaining adequate coverage during peak hours
- Assist with banquet events and private parties as needed
