What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender position at Bar Tiki CWB?
We are looking for bartenders to join our fun, upbeat, and unique environment to create a memorable experience on Clearwater Beach. We are a rooftop traditional tiki bar concept, so craft experience is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders, and create cocktails
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Plan and present bar menu
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Skills
- Resume and proven working experience as a bartender is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Computer literacy - Toast system
- Knowledge of a second language is a plus
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Can work within a team oriented environment
