Barbaricum is seeking junior through senior-level All Source Analysts to support the Long-Range Enterprise Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance Activity (LEIA) Task Order, following the ongoing Combatant Commands C5ISR - Pacific Operations (C3PO) TO. This team will deliver comprehensive analytical expertise to Special Operations Command Pacific (SOCPAC) and its strategic partners, ensuring effective multi-mission capabilities across various programs. The All Source Analyst will integrate intelligence from multiple sources, providing actionable insights and assessments to enhance intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance operations in a multi-domain environment.
\n- Utilize a wide range of intelligence sources, including HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, MASINT, OSINT, and various national, theater, and organic databases.
- Deliver comprehensive all-source intelligence products and services.
- Produce Intelligence Assessments:
- Develop assessments of adversary activities, capabilities, limitations, and intentions.
- Provide insights to support timely and informed decision-making processes.
- Maintain Situational Awareness:
- Engage and maintain contact with counterparts across the intelligence community.
- Participate in forums and collaborations to ensure up-to-date situational awareness of relevant intelligence.
- Active DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
- 3-10 years of documented experience as an intelligence specialist.
- Fluently speak, read, and write English.
- Two years of experience in IC and/or DOD intelligence OR four years relevant military intelligence experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including briefing senior government leadership and publishing analytic products for senior and policymaker use.
- Proficient with all available search tools employed by the TSOCs, including Fusion Analysis Development Effort (FADE) - Multi-INT Spatial Temporal (MIST) (FADE-MIST).
- Experience and knowledge allowing for the comparison of alternative techniques applied at other locations.
- Working level knowledge of Arc Geographic Information Systems (ArcGIS) applications and capabilities.
- Familiarity with the use of Microsoft Office and SharePoint products.
