Barbaricum seeks an experienced Program Manager to provide support to the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering (OUSD(R&E). The Program Manager will leverage direct program management experience and familiarity with relevant technology and capabilities, to oversee teams of technical, analytical, financial, administrative, and specialized support for the Deputy Chief Technology Officer for Science and Technology (DCTO(S&T) enterprise.
\n- Provide management and oversight of all activities performed by personnel, including teaming partners, to satisfy program requirements.
- Responsible for management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of the execution of programs under DCTO(S&T).
- Provide a Project Management Plan within ten days of implantation to be updated annually.
- Maintain records, and provide overall charges by the office, for each individual and for all costs associated.
- Coordinate with government Contracting Officer Representative as necessary to maintain satisfactory performance and to resolve issues pertaining to Government-Contractor procedures.
- Provide monthly progress report that includes status of all performed tasks with submitted invoices.
- Plan, direct, and coordinate work activity for Contractor staff to ensure an efficient and effective workforce.
- Active DoD TS/SCI Clearance
- Masters’ Degree in relevant field
- 10 years of Program Management experience and experience working with DoD financial activities
