Barbaricum is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager for the National Geospatial- Intelligence Agency (NGA ARCHES) Program. The Senior Product Manager on the NGA AI/ML Program plays a critical role in working with the government Exercise and Edge lead to serve as a key component in coordinating and updating AI/ML's exercise participation and strategy.
The Senior PM will be supporting monthly updates with the AI/ML director, facilitating bi-weekly meetings to evaluate exercise metrics, and advising prime integrators on requirements and documentation for exercise involvement. The position also involves active participation in hosting unit meetings, representing AI/ML in exercises, assisting site engineers, and providing critical feedback for post-exercise briefings.
\n- Support monthly exercise updates to AI/ML director, and recommend exercises and scope to participate in
- Conduct bi-weekly meetings with T&E to determine metrics and value of participations in exercises
- Advise prime integrators on requirements for participation in exercises
- Advise prime integrators on exercise documents and internal planning meetings
- Participate in hosting unit exercise meetings and represent AI/ML equities
- As necessary, participate in exercises, assist site engineers, and provide feedback for outbriefs.
- Active DoD TS/SCI Clearance Required.
- A Bachelor's in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline.
- Ability to manage diverse teams and competing priorities.
- Exceptional human relations and communication (written, verbal, and listening) skills and ability to effectively communicate across disciplines and stakeholders.
- Diverse technical experience, including AI model development, software engineering, regulated software quality and risk management, and monitoring of deployed software.
- Understand working in a compliance based and regulated environment, including building, deploying, and supporting secure software throughout the AI development life cycle.
- Experience with data modeling and data exploration tools, including expertise in the use of scientific computing and data management packages.
- Experience working in a joint military environment.
