Responsibilities - Automotive Technician:

• Perform vehicle inspection, diagnostics, repairs, maintenance and installations efficiently, safely, and according to experience and certifications.
• Automotive services include engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, exhaust system, etc.
• Mentor and train new Tech grads to help complete your tasks
• Learn new information and techniques in training sessions
• Adhere to company policies, OSHA regulations, etc.
• Keep shop area neat, clean, and account for all dealership-owned tools

Requirements - Automotive Technician:

• Automotive Technician Experience is REQUIRED
• Master Tech, Ford experience preferred
• State of MI Mechanic License Required
• Must be versatile in skills and tasks performed
• Experience with the latest automotive technologies and working knowledge of shop equipment
• A positive attitude, good work ethic, and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and customer service skills; team participant
• Valid driver's license and insurable
