Description
- Inspect and clean all produce as well as preparing, maintaining, and cleaning all equipment
- Heating confections according to recipe specifications; monitoring baking and cooking procedures
- Using molds to create confection shapes and textures, applying icing and glazes to confections for decoration
- Working with a team to meet quantity expectations of daily confections along with assisting with special confection requests
- Upholding workplace to food safety standards
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred, but not required
- 1 year of Confection related work
- Steady Hands
- General knowledge of food safety
- Strong attention to detail & organization
- Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift 25lb
- Food Handlers Card
