Adoption Lead

As a Barclays Adoption Lead, you will be working closely with all members of the Group Technology Infrastructure Services Product Management Adoption & Communications team. This role’s purpose is to guide colleagues with best practices and increase the adoption of Barclays technology products through engaging and easy-to-understand user material.

- Establishing and communicating the commercials, framework and governance required to support the launch of our platforms and products to pre identified key audiences
- Designing and directing successful execution of integrated, communication and adoption plans, that deliver greater understanding of emerging technologies
- Managing a small team who will create a community engagement group with users of our technologies across the bank
- Owning, tracking, monitoring and improving KPI’s alongside the Product Managers and change management of strategic technologies in the Bank
- Demonstrating a data-oriented and experimental approach, tracking the effectiveness of communications against programme KPIs to ensure value add of communication
- Experience in Adoption and Change within a global organisation
- 3 years’ experience in Corporate Communications, Employee Communications or End User focused Communication role within a global organization
- Experience of analysing data and insights from feedback mechanisms and translating this into compelling communications
- Experience as a consultant or SME in areas of training or client experience, digital marketing or internal communications
- Demonstrated track record of effective communication with technical and business figures at all levels within large enterprises
- Ability to translate complex technical programmes into simple but engaging, exciting messages and campaigns
- Excellent communication skills and organisational skills and excellent attention to detail are essential
- Experience with Prosci ADKAR Model is a plus
